Tell me about your business. If it's a fit, I'll build your new site and send you a private preview, usually within a week. Love it, it's $4,500. Don't, you owe nothing.
Two minutes, right here on this page.
And reply within 2 business days.
Usually within a week.
Love it and it's yours. If not, nothing owed, and I delete it.
A launch-ready website: your preview, finished with your logo, photos and details. Paid in full when you say yes.
The care plan. I look after it so you don't have to:
Month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice and you keep your site.
Prefer a lower upfront cost? Ask me about the 12-month plan.
Not included, but I'm glad to quote it: managing your Google Business Profile, listings like Yelp, ads, email newsletters, new logos or photography.
Owner-led businesses on Long Island that deserve a better website: trades and home services, studios, clinics, shops and local pros.
I don't build for restaurants, bars or hospitality businesses.

I'm Phil Smith, a Long Island marketer with 15+ years of experience. I build every site myself. You deal with me directly. No salespeople. See more of my work
I read every request myself and reply within 2 business days. If it's a fit, your preview usually arrives within a week.
You can, as an add-on. The $4,500 gets you a launch-ready website: the site you saw, finished with your logo, photos and details. Anything that's actually wrong, like a wrong detail or something that doesn't work, I fix at no charge. If you want something different, like a new layout, more pages or a feature it doesn't have, I'll quote it, and that work starts once the $4,500 is paid in full. After launch, your care plan covers small changes.
Because it's a different kind of project. I build it from what's already public, on my own proven design system, with no meetings, discovery or design rounds. Custom websites start with strategy and research, a design made from scratch and copy written with you, and they're priced for that work.
There isn't one. I build with modern tools, including AI, so a site that used to take weeks takes me a fraction of the time. That's what lets me build first and ask later. I only do it for businesses I think I can really help.
Then that's it. Nothing owed, no pressure. I delete the preview and everything I gathered for it 60 days after I send it, or right away if you ask.
You are, once it's your site. I built the preview from what's already on your website and listings, and I can't know who owns every photo. Before launch you'll get a simple sheet listing every photo and piece of text I used. Keep what's yours, and I'll swap out anything you're not sure about.
Not behind your back. I don't go after businesses in your trade near you, and if one comes to me, I'll tell you and ask first. That's how I've worked for 15 years. If you'd rather have it guaranteed in writing, I offer that too, for $99 a month.
Yes. Your site lives on your own web address and hosting account, set up in your name. Once the site is paid for, it's yours: if you ever stop working with me, you keep everything.
I'll use them if they're set up right and you can invite me in. You never need to share a password. If nobody can get in, I'll set up fresh ones in your name. Up to an hour of sorting out old accounts is included, and anything bigger I'll quote first.
Just your web address, usually $10 to $20 a year, paid directly to wherever you register it. And since your site is already built when you say yes, the $4,500 isn't refundable once paid.
Yes. It's month to month. Give me 30 days' notice and you keep your site and accounts.
It goes to the front of the line, and I aim to respond the same business day. I'm one person, so I can't promise a time, but I watch for it every day and test your form every week.
I do. Send me an email, and small changes are covered by your care plan. Anything bigger, I'll quote first.
Yes. Google listings, local search and Google ads are what I do every day. Once your site is live, we can talk about it.
Tell me about your business. It takes two minutes.
