Websites

Websites that actually sell.

Fast, built for phones, ready for Google and AI search, and set up to turn visitors into calls and inquiries. I design and build every site myself, start to finish.

What's included

Everything a site needs to earn its keep.

Design that fits your business

Built around how your customers actually decide, not around a template.

Fast on every phone

Most of your visitors are on a phone. Every page is built to load quickly and read easily there.

Ready for Google and AI search

Search setup from day one: structured data, a sitemap, Google Search Console and Bing.

Inquiries that never get lost

A contact form that emails you every request, with a backup copy kept.

Tracking that shows what works

Google Analytics with lead tracking, so you see where calls and inquiries come from.

Yours, in your name

New sites are set up on your own web address and accounts. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.

At a glance

Speed you can actually measure.

These are this site's own scores on Google PageSpeed Insights (October 2026). Every site I build is tested the same way before it launches, because speed on a phone is often the difference between a call and a back button.

How it works

Clear steps. No surprises.

Step 1

Discover

A short questionnaire and an upload space for your logo, photos and details. I research your market and competitors before we talk.

Step 2

Direction

You see the plan, the page list and the design direction before anything is built.

Step 3

Build

I build it, you review it, and we make the changes together.

Step 4

Launch

Live on your web address, connected to Google, with tracking in place.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

How long does a new website take?

It depends on the project. A focused site, a handful of pages with your content ready, can go live in a few weeks. Larger sites, custom features or moving an existing site take longer, sometimes a few months. Either way, you get a written timeline before we start.

What does a website cost?

Most website projects get a fixed price, agreed in writing before we start, so there are no surprise invoices. Tell me what you need and I'll scope it for you.

Do you build on WordPress?

It depends on what you need. Most new sites I build run on a modern, fast setup that's hard to break and cheap to host. If you'll be editing a lot yourself, or selling online, WordPress can be the better fit. I'll recommend one and tell you why.

Do I own my website?

Yes. New sites are set up in your name: your domain, your hosting account, your analytics and your content. I run it all for you, and if we ever part ways, you keep everything.

Who writes the words?

I do, or I tighten what you have. On larger projects the copy is written with you from research and a short interview; on smaller sites I edit and sharpen the copy you provide.

What happens after launch?

A care plan keeps the site fast, secure and up to date, with small changes included each month and a short monthly snapshot of visits and leads.

Ready for a site that works as hard as you do?

Tell me a little about your business and what you need. I'll get back to you personally.
